temp fault?

NTC (temperature sensor) fault on my Bosch dishwasher so it wont stop washing and wont drain either--how do we fix this?

Can you give me model no etched on top edge of stainless steel door. What makes you think it is ntc fault? is it just that it wont get hot. Only had 1 ntc fault on a bosch in last 12 or so years.Give me more details and i will be able to help Cheers
