Hi am only getting speech one way when at door station I can ring the flats and they answer but they can't hear me when I blow into mic they got something only the once. Is it the mic and do I need a new speech unit. Thanks
Yes the voltages are fine I can't get to all the flats as there is some there's no one in them I thought if there was a handset off it would not get speech at all but I can hear the flats that answer but they can't hear me when I blow into mic they heared that.

Is it in all the flats or just yours? Are the voltages correct, is there a handset left off somewhere?
Who owns them, if you rent get in the owners maintenance company.
