Hey, I have a Dell latitude D600, how can i register dll programs it will not work for me I have tried safe mode still no luck would you please help?

You never need an install disk to register a DLL or OCX.

Go to the Run item on the Start menum, (or hold the Win key + R)
This bring the Run dialog.

type:

regsvr32 < path & filename of dll or ocx >

You need to provide the full path to the file or proceed from the folder where the file is located.
