How can I fix my Brandt Upright Freezer?

We had a power cut and my Brandt Freezer (iceless) stopped working for approximately a day. The electricity fault has now been fixed but the Freezer's not working. I have three lights showing on the freezer front and it sounds as if a motor is running, but the freezer feels warm inside. It definitely isn't freezing as I've had it on now for about 24 hours.

Can anybody help a desperate and hopeless fixer of things??? I'm not able to access the answers that have been given to other questioners. HELP!

you need to check the compressor motor to see if its running, its down at the back outside (black pot).if it is not running you need to determine if its getting current or not, it is supplied via a thermostat or pcb, if you have a supply down at the compressor the problem is within the pot, there is a thermal overload cutout (toc) that may be blown or the whole unit may be fried, you need someone competent with a meter to check the electrics and compressor windings
