Is there a place where I can send my Fontanini snow globe for repair? The figures have detached from the bottom and are floating around in the water and snow. I would think this is a company issue, but i would love to get it fixed however it can be done.

If you can get it open you can fix it yourself. Once you get it open glue everything back where it was with a water proof glue and then fill it with water again adding your special glitter that won't rust and glycerin to the water so that the glitter with float gently down in the water the way it is suppose to and seal it back up again.
