Potterton 22mm mid position motorised valve?

How can I get the valve to operate my central heating, because when the timer kicks in it only heats up the water?

it needs a new actuator if its the one with the 2 lights on the top.

may be a faulty motor or loose wire in the wire junction box. on the end of the valve is a lever push that across and see if it works manual.
