Hi.. Just to let you all know that my oven glass shattered 4 times!! I phoned Howdens head office who was 'surprised' at what I told them but I explained about this forum and I didn't lose my rag with them , the lady was very helpful and said she would send someone out to fix in a new glass for me which I said I didn't want! I wanted a sealed unit without screws! They have been this morning and fitted a new door without screws in the glass, so I'd say to you all is phone head office and be persistent and they will fix your even , good luck all.
