hotpoint BS 52 oven, no heat?

My HOTPOINT BS52 oven will switch on and the fan is working but there is no heat coming through. Any ideas what the problem could be please?

I've just replaced the element in my hotpoint bs52 oven, however it seems to have cut out due to being too hot!!!! Can anyone help
