I had a similar thing a while ago. You need to change some settings on the computer. Go as if you are printing something choose that printer then choose things like, Full page etc. One of them will fix it.

Assume if prints everything else OK.
Just not printing from your browser.
Try printing from browser to a file - I suspect you will get nothing.
Try reinstalling your browser.
Try using a different browser.
