Basically, I have found a old qualcast Suffolk punch 43s in the back of my granddads garage so I thought I would try start it but he said its been standing there for a good 10 years without been started, so I dragged it out changed the spark plug , changed the oil, drained the old stale petrol and put some fresh in there also I took the carb off stripped it down and cleaned it up put it back togeather tried to start it again but it won't start any ideas?? There does seem to be a little life in there just not enough to get it started! Any help would be appreciated thanks.
