my shower turns on but water only comes out with no pressure on my mira excel shower

Is the pump running (you can tell by the noise it makes)? If not, you'll need to check the power supply. If power is ok then either the motor or the electronics have gone faulty and you'll need to contact Mira for spares, or fit a new shower unit.
