How can I fix my Black and Decker chain saw GK 1635T Type 5 1600W?

The lubricating oil reservoir stays full. The oil is not reaching the drive spindle, sprocket or chain. Running dry will cause excess wear and possible damage, including the danger of a broken chain.
How to restore the oil flow ??
