we have a baxi 105he boiler with the first warning light on , (the 30 deg light) we have no hot water, will reset and start up but then fails after about 30 seconds. any ideas? cheers

Normally the condescending unit to the bottom right side of the boiler it may be blocked or full of water empty and reset the system see how how that goes if not then it will be the flame sensing electrode diathermy of these will not enable the pilot light to ignite so try this see how it goes
