how can i fix my Eaton Viking Refrigerator?

I have water in the tray by the motor of my refrigerator.. and there is also water collecting in the fridge under the crisper drawers... how do i fix this.???

I have the same fridge ....you have to make sure you click the switch during humid weather ....the switch is located in the freezer
