void mode / plu no data err?

when i turn on my cash register in reg mode it say's void mode and when i press any button it says plu no data err
and then wont stop beeping can some one please help me? thank you.

It sounds like this machine has a flat or faulty battery and has lost all programming. It will need a RAM clear and re-program.
