Wipers not working on 2007 focus se. They stopped working the other day. Then when I got home, they started working. They were slow and jumpy, then stopped again. I put in a new wiper motor and still not working. I checked for power at the plug, going into
the motor with a test light and got power at plug at
different prongs when I went to high and low.

I got my multimeter and checked the voltage at the
plug. the readings were good at all speeds. The ground at the plug was good. I told the whole story to the parts store and they gave me another motor. Problem solved,
the new motor was faulty.
