How do I clear the pump to fix the fo5 code to allow draining? Where is the pump located at the front or rear of the machine? (It is 4 years old). Thanks

The pump is located behind the small plate at the rear of the machine.
The plate has two screws and two clips to remove.
The pump has a retainer screw underneath and then slides out of two slots.
The sump hose can then be unclipped and removed.
Clean this out and check the pump impeller for any foreign bodies. Coins, Bra wires etc.
