Treadmill not working?

When I switch my Roger Black Gold treadmill on the display with all the programs comes on but the treadmill will not run when I press the start button and set the speed. Could this be the motor not working and can it be fixed.

the motor is dc the main supply is ac it could be rectifier if dc voltage not present. or a need to check brushes.
