how can i fix ... ultima wma 76?

my ultima washing machine works on all wash programmes , however when it first starts to spin the drum bounces around and the entire machine moves quite violently . it's level and the feet adjusted correctly but something is wrong with the drum , although it feels ok when i move it manually and once its spun for a few seconds it does go quiet and settle but i'm worried the entire drum is going to come undone . can you help with some info please , as i've shipped this machine out to the far east , where i use it and there are no repair agents here . any help would be much appreciated . as you have shipped the machine, check the shockers are still in the guides, and the top springs are still in place

by youir fault description it sounds as if there is a worn shock absorber in the machine, with lid removed see if the drum bounces easily when pressing downwards it should be fairly stiff, more than likely if you find it faulty it will be at soap box side caused by a leak from hose.
