Halstead Ace Boiler. Heating comes on. Once it heats up the heating light starts flashing and no noise from boiler. Reset does nothing. Full power off and on again boiler restars and heating comes on for few minutes then goes off and heating light flashing? Is this a problem?

Are the heating flow pipes from boiler getting hot when heating is on?
Does the hot water work?
Try turning your room thermostat to maximum and check system pressure, fill and bleed rads
