What operating system do you use, and what version?
The serial number is useless. Can you give the model?
(the brand and model are not realy usefull in most cases, but may give some clue)
How do you normaly connect to the internet? Dialup, broad band with a direct connection to the modem, broad band using a router (what kind of router)?
