how can i fix boiler (330+) flashing F22 DRY?

boiler(330+) has stopped working. the front panel is flashing f22 dry. how do i fix this

BG330 + flashing F22.
Is the pump working?.
reset the boiler,
check the pump, (external to the boiler)
is there water in the system.
one of these is the problem.
