I have a baxi combination boiler 105e, all the temprature led lights come on and shut the boiler down as soon as I try to turn the water or the heating on . ?

Would this be a sensor problem or a thermostat fault ?

This also happens when the boiler has been off and cold so I know it's not overheating.
