Why the program is lost if my back up battery is new and charged?
I have a Royal 9150 Cash Register and the program is lost when machine is disconnected from AC supply. The back up battery is new and fully charged.
Does any one have an schematic of the Main Board.??
If the battery is good and properly connected, there is probably a fault in the backup circuit. The service manual will be very hard to find for a Royal machine. You might need to buy one from a dealer.
