I have a adidas rubber shoes and some parts of it has synthetic leather. But when i washed it, most of the synthetic was removed. I didn't know it'll be like that. Now i am wondering what paint should i use to restore my flaked synthetic shoes?

well now that depends on how old they are or if you bought cheap copies many alleged from China its said they will copy anything and substandard.
You can chuck them buy new, if they are the real addidas and you haven't had them for long contact addidas sale of goods act if you live in U.K.
