Hi, this clock was given too me. I put new batteries in all 3 parts. the clock doesn't keep time. The chime works when the button is pressed and batteries are put in the chime. And I have started the chimes. But it doesn't continue. I have tried several days to call your 1-800-375-6040 and the line is always busy. The only info on the back is that it was a WAL-MART clock and this is on the back M(Y)C(W)D(H). Can you please help me because this is my first Grandfather Clock.
