MY dx8450 is rpinting with bands of fading page?

epson dx8450
has lines of faded print when scanning or printing from word.however print from a document typrd in word band saved to my documents will then print ok but takes ages to do so.

Try uninstalling the printer drivers and any software for it. re install try that
