The drum will not turn took the top off the belt is intact tried assisting the drum to start but still wont turn ?

Look at back panel toward the centre of the drum and remove the two screws holding the cetre bearing cover. Check bearing as it has probably worn and the drum shaft has cut through the back panel so much that the drum is now resting on the bottom of the dryer. Bearing kits cost around £20 on Ebay.
