Glow-worm Ultimate Boiler - no pilot light & not firing?

We got up this morning & the hot water was freezing, no heating. The pilot light is off and wont relight & doesnt seem to be firing at all. I would be really grateful for any suggestions, fortunately we have an emergency backup switch! but need to sort the boiler out. Many Thanks, Bev.

did you find the red overheat button??? press it in, if still nothing then you will need a proffessional to check for power to it, does the programmer work? possible blown fuse???

Hi, thanks for the advice. There is nothing when I turn it on, definately not a fan! Any ideas?

ON AN ULTIMATE IT IS USUALLY AN ELECTRONIC IGNITION.

TURN IT ON, THE FAN SHOULD RUN WHICH ACTIVATES THE PRESSURE SWITCH WHICH IN TURN STARTS THE IGNITION PROCESS.
PULL THE FRONT LOWER TRAY FORWARD AND OFF THEN LOOK FOR A LITTLE RED BUTTON, THIS IS THE O/HEAT THERMOSTAT AND MAY JUST NEED PUSHING IN TO RESET
