my boiler has to high pressure over 3 bar how do i get this down to normal

3 bar when cold?.if its hot 3 bar is OK
somewhere on a lower radiator/pipework should be a drain cock.use that to release water pressure from the system or if you can't find one use a radiator bleed valve
