Zanussi built in double oven ZDF290X?

Can anyone advise? I have a built in double Zanussi oven ZDF290X, the top oven and grill are working fine but the bottom oven won't heat up and I have no light ... AND the clock doesn't set. Any thoughts?

power comes from clock and must be set so there lies the problem.you need to set the clock or replace it or bypass it to get fan oven to work
