Our Classic LXFF boiler will not ignite?

We have followed the necessary info. There is no droning noise just the normal noises but no ignition flame. I think the pilot light is out.

you need to put your hand over the flue outside when it is supposed to be running to see if the fan is working, if so then pressure switch or pcb faulty
