How can I fix my dripping tap in the Kitchen?

I have a Blanco 2000 Single Lever Sink Mixer in my kitchen which is dripping from the top of the tap. How can I fix it?

these taps are a pest,they use a ceramic seal,if you get any grit in water supply then it scores the seal,so water drips,only cure is to replace the tap
