Radiators won't come on?

The radiators won't come on but the hot water works on my vizo condenser boiler which is almost 4years old

these boilers have a common diverter valve problem most likely the heads faulty on it. but also check any thermostats or timers u may have fitted. u can buy the valve heads on ebay they not expensive around £30 pounds and easy to change
