how can i get electric back to my halstead combi 24 ?

the fuse blew in my halstead 24 combi boiler i changed fuse but it blew again

something is blowing it disconnect the pump, fan and connect them back one at a time then turn on the boiler see if it still fuses. if it does try other parts like the diverter and so on. also try any timers or thermostats u have fitted
