Hi, we have a bosch gas hob (nct635meu) and when you ignite one of the hobs the back small one also ignite no flame but keeps ticking until you switch it off. We haven't touched this ring and it seems to happen whatever ring you put on. Can you help? How do I stop the unwanted hob igniting? Thanks
