How can I fix my Vaillant Ecomax 828e?

One radiator is not working on my heating system - Any ideas why? Pressure is now OK - although it was low, no faults showing and all other radiators are hot!

Open both rad valves full open,shut all rads one side ,run boiler until one which not heating up will be hot,than open all rads fully
