How do i clean the sprayers on my Bissell ProHeat 25A3 ?

I have a Bissell ProHeat carpet cleaner upright 25A3 and the cleaning solution sprayers will not release the solution. We have 9 adults living here. Please help me unplug the sprayers ASAP !!!!!! The carpets need it bad !!!
