Dishwasher not filling - inlet appears clogged?

My Bosch Classixx dishwasher (model SMV50C00GB) is not filling. I think the water inlet is blocked, appears to be lots of scum/gunk/limescale. The inlet unit is a one piece plastic part. How can I remove and clean it - please?(Bosch part 683397)
