How can you change the time for entry?,it only gives us around ten seconds at the moment and need more time to reach the alarm as it going off.

Why the (*) do we bother, I've never come across such a rude bunch of users of any Q&A site, Forum etc

In the manual it shows only two times, and 10secs is not one of them. > 15 & 30secs.

Turn the mains off, open the panel, there will be a Tamper sound, enter your code, noise stops.

Above all the connections at the bottom of the circuit board, to the right of the tamper switch, there are a pair of switches, the left hand is the one you want.

You will find it in the upper position (15secs), flick it to the lower position (30secs)

Close control panel, enter your code to cancel the tamper notification & Fanny's your aunt!

That panel has two settings 15 or 30 secs selected by a dip switch inside the panel on the board,

as this requires removing the panels lid.I suggest you get a pro in,have it serviced too.
