How can I fix the washing machine drum when it won't move?

Zanussi washer dryer ZWD 1472 W drum won't move.
Filter was blocked with a hairband, but removed that & still a problem. It was making a horrible grinding noise and didn't finish the spin cycle.

can you move the drum by hand?.if you can't it is jammed with something or the bearings have failed big style.Look down the front between the door gasket and the stainless drum for objects stuck down there
