Its a toss up between
1 Phone terminals faulty so charger not connecting
2. Phone battery knackered not taking a charge
3. Charger faulty.
solution:
If you know someone who has same phone borrow the charger if problem still same then go to shpp, take both phone and charger to a phone shop get them tested.
