make sure the filing loop has been closed under the boiler (should be a blue round knob). then get a radiator key and go to a rad and open the air vent. u will see water coming out. u will need to keep draining the water till the pressure comes down to about 1.3bar. it will take a while as there may be a bowl or two that will need draining. also afterwards check outside to see if any water is leaking from the exterior boiler pipe as u may have damaged the seal on the pressure valve by filing it up to much. this may need looking to in the future if theres a constant leak outside
