If more than the grill or oven is used together the mains fuse blows, oven is 8 years old. Replacing mains fuse enabls the oven to be used for a while then it goes again.

turn on each element individually and see if the fuse blows, if a particular element pops the fuse that one is causing the issue, if the fuse doesnt blow you must be using a fuse with too low an amperage, check the rating plate on cooker , normally a 25/30 amp fuse
