how can i fix my beko wmb 71231b?

I have a beko wmb71231b and it keeps pausing itself and its not taking the wash powder but is taking the fabric softner and its only been like this since I replugged it in after I had my new kitchen fitted please help

faulty inlet valve.test them with a multimeter.should be around 4kohms across the coil terminals
