Glowworm Betacom 2 28 that fires for heating but not Hot water?

Hi all,
I Have a Glowworm Betacom 2 28 that fires for heating but will Not fire when I draw any form of hot water, it is driving me wild as my Autistic daughter don't understand why she cant have a bath, Any help is very very welcome. Thanks
