Hi I have a sharp up700 and on the pgm mode there is a (!)beside all the options has anyone any idea on how to clear this so I can use the till again

I put new paper in roll but it will not print

To clear Sharp printer errors, turn off at the power. Make sure key is in REG mode. Turn on at power. Press CLEAR (CL). If error returns immediately, there is still a printer fault or jam.
