treadmill not working - model REV-10301 - SERIAL 10301/1107/005178?

I have the treadmill above and have moved house recently. When I came to set it back up there was power to it but no display on the control panel or anything working?

I have tried all the basic fault finding hints that are noted in the instruction manual? HELP!
