How can I fix my Simpson Eziset 950 top loader washing machine?

I have a 2 year old simpson eziset 950 top loader. After wash cycle is completed the lid remains locked. Ive tried repeating the wash cycle, turning off at mains, but still stays locked. How can I unlock the lid? My washing is still inside!

Call out a service company. They will get it open & then you will have to have a new lid lock fitted.
