Replacement of bellows in Grohe air button?

Hi,
I have the same problem as everyone else i.e. the bellows in my Grohe air button has gone. The problem is that the advice from Phil on how to dismantle the air button in order to fit a replacement bellows has disappeared from the site. How do you take it apart?

It is just a tight push fit assembly. I have just replaced the bellows in part 6442. The chrome cover plate pulls off of and out of the white plastic threaded component. I threaded the big nut part way onto the threaded component to provide something to pull on. I pulled on one side of the chrome cover plate until it gave a bit, then rotated and pulled on the other side, etc.
